The season is drawing to a close
A brief account of my experiences in Greece

After hesitating for a long time about travelling to Greece, I completed the first three weeks this year.
The feared confusion when mooring in the small harbours, where you sink the bow anchor in the harbour basin and then move to the mooring quay, has been confirmed. Even if you do everything right, there are still one or two people who don't haul in their anchor properly when casting off and run across their neighbours' chains. Hooking included. While I had initially hoped for a great harbour cinema, I was immediately concerned myself after the first mooring. The neighbour was kind enough to drag our anchor across the harbour basin. The only thing to do was to let the anchor chain run and wait for the specialist to come free. First row harbour cinema, so to speak.
The travel report from Corfu is online. For now, it's all about having a great end to the season.
