The Mediterranean
A fascinating area, versatile and varied. Although you can't talk about just one area. The Adriatic Sea, with its predominantly pebbly beaches on the Croatian side, has a completely different appearance to the sandy beaches of Sardinia and the Balearic Islands. Fascinating sights when reaching the Aeolian Islands off Sicily with active volcanoes stand out clearly from the Greek islands. The sometimes regional winds also make the Mediterranean a highly interesting sailing spot!

Sailing in Istria. Certainly one of the most beautiful starting points is the small town of Pula, which is well worth a visit. We set off for Kvarner Bay, which is notorious for its bora. We got to know it from the gentle side.
